PAYMENT

Payment through the online store:

All payments made through the YV Beauty website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways – Stripe & Afterpay. Both payment gateways handle your information securely.

SHIPPING

Under normal circumstances we will post your order within two working days of receiving your payment. If for any reason we must delay posting your order, we will notify you of any possible delay. Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you proceed with payment. 

Australian orders:
Orders shipped within Australia are sent by Australia Post and are usually received within 7–10 business days. We will send a confirmatory email once we have sent your parcel. 

International orders:
Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally.
