Returns & Refunds

YV Beauty will refund or replace products that are faulty or damaged. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product to hello@yvbeauty.com.au for full instructions on how to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.

YV Beauty will not accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.

Please ensure you research the ingredients of each product prior to purchase if you are likely to get reactions or sensitivities. If any reactions occur please contact YV Beauty immediately and seek medical advice from your doctor.
