So who is Yvette Victoria? She started out in the fashion industry before finding her passion for beauty therapy and make-up artistry. Her first beauty salon was on Kangaroo Island, followed by working for a leading cosmetic company which eventually inspired her to open YV Salon – a salon in Aldinga Beach that supports women to feel confident and beautiful within themselves.

When she’s not pampering and empowering women, Yvette is mamma to two beautiful young girls. She also enjoys the beach, motorsport, true crime and exploring different eateries.

Yvette knows that women want make-up applications to be simple, to know what to use and where to get safe, quality products. This led her to create her own YV make-up – a range of make-up that is high quality, with a high standard of pigments, paraben free, hypo allergenic, non comedogenic (non pore clogging), fragrance free, not tested on animals and halal certified.

Yvette hopes that her range of make-up empowers women to use what feels comfortable for them and make it simple and enjoyable: “ The beauty industry can be both overwhelming and confronting. Many women love the idea of wearing make-up (women HAVE been using it for centuries after all) but are worried that they can’t apply make-up properly or they have just never been taught correct application techniques. I want to provide women with a safe and comfortable space where they can have fun applying makeup and ignore all the media trends that overwhelm every one of us when it comes to make-up. ”
